Premiere 6x differences

Adobe Premiere Version Life Cycle

Premiere 5.1

Premiere 6.0 (and patch release 6.01)

Premiere 6.5

Premiere Pro (also called PPRO1 or PPRO7 in some help documents)

Premiere Pro 1.5

Premiere Pro 2

The biggest difference between Premiere 6.0 and premiere 6.5 is the titler. 6.5 Got an improved version of the titler. 6.5 is a very stable release. Some people have avoided upgrades to PPRO because 6.5 is so stable and supported by many 3rd party plugins and HW assist cards.
