Hello
I am total beginner.. so just don't judge me please ;]
I trimed my Comp To Work Area from 30 to abt 1 sec .. does that mean I cut 29 sec of my comp out ? Is it possible to get these 29 sec back ?
In short: can I undo this action ?
(I rested AAE..)

Unless you just did it and you can just press ctrl+z this is what you have to do:
Go up to composition settings and set your duration back to 30sec. Then zoom out on the timeline, select all layers and drag them to the end of the comp.
