If the libery with templates in Encore is empty, can you find all templates on the CD, or you are forced to install again?

Unfortunately, helped the 2 threads you linked to does not.
The problem is not mine, but some users on my website and there is currently 4 as having problems.
CS4 and Vista64
XP and CS4
XP and CS3
all having the same problem.

All have try to make a new install, but it not helps. Is it possible to creat the folder manualt and then download ALL the templates on Adobes website?

You cannot download anything because the templates are on the disk.
Best is to contact Adobe.

I also tried to contact adobe for the simular they did not help. what I did is to create my own folder and name it library and make my own menus the past the whole folder in encrore from pragram file and it worked nicely. may be you can also try that.

I am also facing the same issue with me but i get something different solution of this issue now its going good my Library has data as well.

It would be great if you would share how you solved your problem.
