Hi

I have lost my training disc that came with adobe video collection pro. Rather annoyingly I have the big box that all the manuals and discs came in including an empty Video Workshop disc case. I could do with watching that disc again. I have contacted total training but they don't have any anymore and the route through to adobe seem to be quite a difficult one.

My question is does anyone know where I can get a replacement training disc that came with adobe video collection pro. I hope you can remember that far back lol.

Hope someone can help me.

Thanks

Steve

If you can't get the DVD I highly recommend Jeff's book The Focal Easy Guide to Adobe Encore 2 for me probably the easiest book to follow.

Steve,
FWIW, it always seemed to me that the total training tuts on those disks were were borderline quality, ie short, and didn't seem to have that much info.
If I could find mine, I would send it to you if you want to PM me your address.

IMHO it would be better to spend $25 and get a one month subscription to Lynda.com (they do it by the month as opposed to TT which requires a year subscription). That way you could review numerous other programs in adition to Premiere and Encore.

The only problem with doing Lynda by the month, is they don't provide the project files unless you get a year subscription. However, I don't think you need the project files.

Just a couple of thoughts.

Thanks for the replies guys. The only thing I needed it for was a refresher on motion menus. I have a video that I want to seamlessly become a menu and I seem to recall that there was something like on that disc.

You could look at this tutorial I made a while back. It's called "Simple Motion Menu" near the bottom of the list here.

I don't recall that specifically being on that disk, though.

Its the one thing that has totally slipped my mind on how to accomplish.

Thanks for the reply. John R's tuts did the trick. It has been a while since I did what I needed to do and needed a refresher.

Cheers
