Can someone please tell me if Encore CS3 is the same has Encore DVD.I am trying to follow a Encore DVD tutorial in Encore CS3,but things look a bit different.Thank You.Cumbrian

Encore cs3 is just one version up from Encore DVD 2.0. CS3 is included in Premiere pro cs3. Since Encore CS3 has some BluRay generating capabilities, it is somewhat different than the other versions of Encore which don't.
Would you provide a link to the tutorial?
Thanks,

John thanks for your reply. The tutorials i am on about are the Encore Tutorials on this site.I have downloaded them and tried following them in Encore CS3.I have a small slideshow in Encore but in Library Pallet in the Set drop down there is only General but there is nothing in it,so i can't follow on with the tutorial,i hope this makes sense.Thank You.Cumbrian

I agree Doog's tutorials are great. I googled Encore cs3 tutorials and came up with this
http://www.graspr.com/videos/Use-Encore-CS...ow-for-your-DVD.

It seems pretty good (except for the small screen). I don't' use slide shows that much, and if I did there is a slideshow program (I think ProShow Gold, but Ann or Glesseri know the exact name) I would probably use.

However, this tutorial seems pretty comprehensive, so I would give it a try. Do me a favor and let me know how CS3 works out if you do the tutorial.

ProShow Gold is correct John.

you will have to install the Library content disc in order to get the menus and templates into Encore.
Or you could try creating your own menu to use with your slideshow and to accompany the tutorial.
