****UPDATE****
Well now! what I did was that i went back to an earlier saved project (very nearly at the same stage of development) and started to update this project, The build of the dvd then went smoothly without a hitch.. ..The things that i had edited initially (perhaps to force the Error Mess) was I changed a piece of music to be used as an intro and changed the length of time it was to play before repeating itself. But it works and thats what matters!!!! Yippee!!


Noooooooo!!!! AAAAAGGHHHH!!!! There I was using Encore 1.0...feeling very smug (see last topic) ready to build a dvd....Stop Right There!!!
I was in the process of 'building' the dvd...BUT !!!
I have an error message!!! 'Decoding of Audio failed'........DVD -47007 error!!
Encore has made 2 dvd's today of the same project...but I have tweeked buttons, changed music and moved buttons since, but nothing major!
HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!

Thanks Jeff..it was a 'monster' thread! And I must say...It did not make sense to me for most of the time!! All the codecs and stuff...no chance!!! BUT! What I did appreciate was the ...'writing to disk.......ERROR MESSAGE etc..' The feeling of disappointment when that happens just kills you! But I still believe a lot of these problems are a 'gliche' in the system and if people go back a couple of steps then these problems have a way of righting themselves....I hope!
