I cant inert the avi file into my project in after effect. I have this problem before and somehow the problem its solve by itself. But now its happen again i really dont know why, can you guys help me out with this problem.

i got digital camcorder canon ZR200.
i always record it with the memory card but not the tape.
i am using klite media codec 3.80 to view all the video and dvd in my computer.
