If i have a movie ind ppro whit a soundtrack it is possible to rightclik and say "edit ind Soundbooth", but if there is no soundtrack to the video is it not possible?

Open Soundbooth directly, then go to Tasks>Auto Compose Score, then browse for a score you like. Make the duration the same length as your PPro sequence, then export as a WAV file. Import it into PPro and THEN you should be able to open it up in Sb.

That is not to make music on my own?
That is using the musik from Adobe an then mix it a littel bit.
Jeg have 100 small wav sound i have captured, and i want to creat my OWN music to the sequence.
Is that possible, and how?
If you have a sequence in ppro whit som sound, you can rightclik at the file an say "Edit in Soundbooth".
If you have the same sequence whitout sound you dont have this posibility ..... and then wat?
I south thar Soundbooth was a pogram to make your own music to your movie, is'nt ?

Watch the soundbooth tutorials in the tutorial section to get a better idea what soundbooths features are.

What type of music are you trying to record, then? MIDI, analog, samples...what? You can record whatever's plugged into your soundcard in Soundbooth. And you can bring in samples and play with them, although on a single track (a huge limitation vs. Audition). You can plug in a MIDI interface and record that way, too.
We need a little more info on what you're trying to record and can't. And don't worry too much about whether you can open it from a timeline in PPro. Record it first in Soundbooth and then import it into PPro (like any other audio file or track).

I have 5 short wav files of a gitar i want to make the sonud to my movie of.
I am not trying to record anything, i just want to make som baggrundsound to a short movie-intro whit som wav i alrady have.
But anytime i try i have to use the scores adobe already have incl. in the program, and i dont want to use anything but my own 5 wav files.
I other words, i have a movie and i wat an emty "timeline" too put som audio.

Cool, then. All you have to do is open your WAV files in Soundbooth. Use cut and paste, and put them all in one file, matching the length to your video duration.
You could also do this in PPro and have multi-track editing abilities, then output a WAV file for sweetening in Soundbooth.
In previous iterations of the Adobe collections, they bundled in Audition as the sound app., and it's a much better app. for what you're trying to do. Soundbooth is pretty much limited to cleaning up and "effect-ing" single files. And composing with their scores, of course.

Yes; soundbooth's major weakness is it is single track. So, if you need to mix tracks, use PPRO or buy a full blown audio app like Audition.
