I encoded an mpeg stream in TMPGenc at 8 CBR. Encore 1.5, informed me that my bitrate is too high; I ignored it and burned the DVD anyway. I played it on 3 different DVD players and it worked flawlessly.
Based on this, should the DVD work with most players or should I re-encode at a lower bitrate?
