Hi Everyone,
When i export a movie in premiere 6.5 it get to nearly the end and then it shuts down saying that premiere has 'encountered a problem.' If i click on the film i can still watch it on windows media player without a problem. However if i try to import the film back into premiere 6.5 it just keeps shutting down saying that it as 'encountered a problem'
as anyone got any idea why this should happen?

how long is it? what codec are you using?

Hi, sorry to but in, but make sure you have enough free memory (RAM) and hard disk space on your scratch disk.
Also make sure that you defrag your HDD's on a regular basis when using your PC for Video Editing,
