Is it possible to make a mouse over sound effect?

That is, whenever I select a button, there is a sound effect accompanying it.

Can anyone help me out?

I think you would need Flash or Dreamweaver to do something like that. I don't think it can be done with Encore.

Since you are probably working with video I'm not sure if Flash or Dreamweaver would be of much help.

If you are using Premiere or some other video editing application...then the audio sound effects would have to be added with the editing app and then use Encore to create the final DVD.

This has been discussed before. It is only possible using the multiple menu & aut-activating button technique (details can be found doing a search on this subject).
It is not very practical though.

Even Consumer Hollywood DVD's do not have this feature. The best thay can do is transition sounds.
