[OAP]

Hi as you can see from the descriptrion I have an old version and I am an old one myself !!!
I need to restore the default settings and have forgotten how to do it with out having to completely re- install premiere - I vaguely remember it is something like 'restart premiere while holding the Ctrl key' !!!
I have built a new pc and am having trouble getting sound to capture at the same time as video/camera capture chose the wrong audio capture device and cant get back to the choice bit and the wrong device just loads now HELP !!!
